|Benefits Analyst provides administrative support to the Benefits area of the Human Resources Department with accuracy and professionalism.|
Prepares copies and creates packets for presentations, events, etc. Answers phones.
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of an Associate's degree in Human Resources or closely related field, Bachelor's degree preferred. One to three years experience or a combination of education and experience in a Human Resouces department. Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to to multi task in a high volume setting required.
