Job Overview Responsible for the delivery of all operational responsibilities related to IT Service Desk and Desktop support functions. Responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with all Information Technology partners, vendors and the end user community to provide and implement enterprise solutions that impact the end-user computing environment. Provides strategic execution for the department as well as overseeing client technology, lifecycle management, and the acquisition process for IT hardware and software. Utilizes industry standard metrics to provide customer focused service delivery, while continually striving to improve quality and cost effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
  • Three to five years of previous work related experience.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation, MCSE, HDI Support Center Manager certifications preferred.
  • Work requires analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems.
