Responsible for the management and implementation of operational and performance improvement projects in the Department of Community Medicine. Oversees all aspects of project management including clarifying objectives, measuring progress toward reaching goals, time management and scope management. Manages all toolset reports. Facilitates the completion of project tasks with desired outcomes by effectively coordinating the sequencing of tasks and communicating the status, issues, risks, milestones and timelines to stakeholders, project team using Microsoft Project toolset.
Work requires th knowledge of theories, principles and concepts acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degreee in Information Technology or closely related field and two to three years of work related experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute preferred. Requires analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement, attention to detail and problem resolution. Must possess strong customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required. Prior experience with MS Project, Workfront/AtTask, SharePoint and in Healthcare are preferred.
