     Job Overview

     

    Responsible for coordinating new student and resident rotation schedules and set up. Supports Resident and Student Orientation and Graduation and monitors meal registration cards. Supports committee meetings, including taking minutes (e.g. RAC, SAC, AA), meeting dates and room reservations. Coordinates with Internal/External Programs and Departments as needed.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinates demographic databases. Coordinates with Internal/External Programs and Departments. Coordinates new student and resident rotation schedules and set-up. Coordinates meeting dates and room reservations. Supports committee meetings, including taking minutes (e.g. RAC, SAC, AA). Supports Resident and Student Orientation and Graduation. Monitors meal registration cards. Tracks evaluations from SGU. Performs Notary Public tasks. Meets all required competencies for department, unit and/or hospital. Responsible for performing all other duties as assigned. Special Projects

    Qualifications

    Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of an Associate's degree in Business or closely related field and one to two years of work related experience (Bachelor's preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to communicate with accrediting agencies for the residency program (ACGME and ECFMG) and the complexities of their regulations. Must be able to work with large volumes of data and email communications with equanimity as required in the resident interview and selection process.
