Responsible for ensuring assuring complete and timely resolution of Client Service issues. Acts as a liaison between the client and the IT department. Responsible for managing the Client Services ticket queue and assigning tickets to PC Tech I's and IT Associates as appropriate.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. One to two years of previous work experience required to successfully perform the job.
