The Leave of Absence/ADA Manager is responsible for monitoring and identifying opportunities for efficiencies within the leave process to ensure that lost worktime is tightly managed. Partners with the Workers Compensation and Wellness Manager on solutions to serve the organization better with respect to the leave of absence and transitional, light, and alternate duty programs. Coaches managers on leave policy and processes and engages with employees in the interactive process concerning reasonable accommodations
