 Job Overview

 

Assists the Dentist and Oral Surgeon in Patient Care at the chair side.

Work requires High School diploma or equivalent and up to one year of basic training in a dental assisting program and three to six months of previous experience plus three months of on the job training and orientation. A NJ X-Ray license is required. Work requires providing direct care to pediatrics, young adult, adult and geriatric patients. Certification or Registration as a Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA) is preferred.
