Job Overview
Responsible for overseeing the inpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy staff and services at St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center, (SJWMC). This includes the 20-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit located within SJWMC. Duties include assuring day to day function is seamless and at the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Provides education and training as necessary. Communicates regularly and collaborates with the Director of Rehabilitation regarding the areas of responsibility. Performs clinical duties of licensed professional in areas of responsibility.
Current NJ State License in clinical profession (PT, OT, SL-P) and five years of previous work related experienced, CPR Certified, FIM Certification if Wayne employee only. Valid driver's license require, as well as compliance with Qualifications to Drive a System Vehicle as well as all policies as outlined in the SJHS Fleet Management & Safety Program for EIP employees only.
