Job Overview
Responsible for high volume recruiting, screening, interviewing, and effectively recommending salaries for clerical, support, entry level and some technical positions. Counsels and advises supervisory staff on employment policies and procedures and serves as a resource for solving employment issues within operating departments.
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field, and two to three years of healthcare related work experience. Work requires analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems. Work requires the ability to draft and edit the content of business and technical documents, conduct formal training/orientation sessions for employees or perform other duties requiring a comparable level of communication skill.
