Job Summary:
St. Joseph’s Health University Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Coordinator of Pediatric Informed Trauma Programs to lead and expand its pediatric, adult, and maternal behavioral health services. This senior-level role is essential in driving quality, scope, and impact in behavioral health care, offering trauma-informed, culturally competent care to children, adolescents, adults, and families within our community. The Director will play a central role in strategic program development, clinical leadership, community engagement, and quality assurance, enhancing St. Joseph’s Health’s reputation as a leader in behavioral health services.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

- Education:

  • Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PhD or PsyD), with a specialization in child, adolescent, adult, or maternal mental health preferred.

 

- Licensure:

  • Active Clinical Psychologist license in the state of New Jersey.

 

- Experience:

  • At least 10 years in pediatric, adult, or maternal behavioral health, with a minimum of 5 years in clinical supervision and program administration.
  • Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed, bilingual clinical services and culturally competent program development (Spanish/English proficiency preferred).

 

- Skills:

  • Proficiency with St. Joseph’s Health’s EMR system, PowerChart, or similar medical record systems.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills, with a data-driven approach to program evaluation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience working within the St. Joseph’s Health community or a similar environment preferred.
